Every price I charge is on this page. No "contact us for a quote", no discovery call before you're told a number, and nothing added at the end that wasn't agreed at the start.
If something here doesn't fit what you need, ring me and I'll price it honestly.
Building your site
Two ways to pay for a build. The website you get is the same either way.
Subsidised build — from €700. Includes a care plan with a 12-month minimum term. The lower price is subsidised because I carry the cost across the year. Best if you'd rather keep your cash in the business.
Standalone build — from €1,600. No care plan, no minimum term. What the build actually costs, handed over for you to look after yourself.
"From" covers a standard five-page site. Anything beyond that — extra pages, a shop, online booking — is priced in the add-ons below and itemised in your quote before any work starts.
Looking after it
A website that never changes stops working. Care plans keep yours running and current, and every one of them is itemised so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Essentials — €89 per month. Hosting, SSL and backups. Security and uptime monitoring. One hour of content edits per quarter. Five working day response time.
Growth — €179 per month. Everything in Essentials, plus an hour of content edits every month, Google Business Profile management, review requests and responses, a quarterly performance report, ongoing search engine optimisation, one seasonal or campaign update a year, and a three working day response time.
Partner — €299 per month. Everything in Growth, plus three hours of content edits a month, four seasonal or campaign updates a year, four new landing pages a year, social content support, a monthly strategy call, and a response under 24 hours.
Pay 12 months up front and get two months free. After the first 12 months every plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Your domain, your content, your images and your Google Business Profile are all part of your business — if you leave, they go with you.
Add-ons
These can be added to any build. All one-off prices unless stated, all agreed in writing before any work starts.
Logo and favicon — €150
Three initial concepts, two rounds of refinement on the one you choose, plus a matching favicon. Further refinements €50 each.
Business card design and ordering — €100
One double-sided design, two rounds of revisions, and I'll place the print order through Vistaprint. Printing is paid by you directly and varies with quantity and finish — I'll confirm the cost before ordering and take no margin on it.
Social banner — €25 each
Sized correctly for the platform you need. Two rounds of revisions.
Extra page — €85 per page
Designed and built, beyond the five included in a standard build.
Website copywriting — €85 per page
I write the text based on a short conversation about your business. Two rounds of revisions.
Google Business Profile setup — €120
Creating or claiming your listing, your details, categories, hours, service areas and photos, plus a review link you can send to customers. For a local business this often does more than the website.
Trustpilot setup — €75
Creating or claiming your profile and setting up a review invitation link.
Business email on your domain — €90
So you're emailing customers from you@yourbusiness.ie. My fee covers setup. The hosting itself is a monthly cost paid directly to the provider on an account in your name — I take no margin and I'll tell you what it costs first.
Migration from an existing site — from €200
Your content moved across, with redirects so you don't lose your position on Google. €200 up to five pages, €25 per page after that.
Online booking — €250
Customers book appointments themselves. Availability, confirmations, reminders, and it integrated into your site. The booking service is a monthly cost paid directly to the provider.
Online shop setup — €500
Payments, shipping rates, tax settings and up to 20 products loaded.
Product uploads — €150 per 50 products
Where you supply the details and images. Or part thereof — 60 products is €300. If you'd rather I wrote the listings from scratch, that's €15 per product. What I need from you
Express build — €250
Live within one week of receiving everything I need, rather than the usual three.
Additional training — €70 per hour
A handover session comes with every build-only project. This is for substantial extra training only — several staff, or a part of the site you've not used before.
Google Ads
I offer Google Ads and only Google Ads. It's the channel I know, and it's the one that works for a business someone is searching for right now.
Setup — €300
Your account, keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, a negative keyword list so you're not paying for the wrong clicks, and conversion tracking so we can both see what's working.
Management — 25% of ad spend, minimum €150 per month
Reviewing what people actually searched, cutting what wastes money, testing ad wording, adjusting bids, and a monthly summary of what you spent and what came of it. Three-month minimum, because ads need data before they can be judged.
Your ad budget goes straight to Google from your own card, on an account in your name. I never handle it and take no margin on it. You set the budget and you can pause it yourself any time.
Before you spend anything on ads: for a lot of small local businesses, a well-run Google Business Profile and a steady flow of reviews does more, and costs nothing per click. If that's true for you, I'll say so before taking a setup fee.
Things that cost nothing
The first conversation. A written quote with everything itemised. A handover session and a recorded walkthrough of your site. Thirty days after launch to report anything broken. And an honest answer about whether you need any of this at all.
Not VAT registered
I'm not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added on top.
