What to put in your message
Nothing formal — a few lines is plenty. If you can tell me what your business does, whether you already have a website, what you're hoping one would do for you, and roughly what you had in mind to spend, I can give you something useful in my first reply rather than a list of questions back.
If you'd rather just say hello and take it from there, that's fine too.
What happens next
I'll come back to you with my thoughts and we'll arrange a phone call — twenty minutes, at a time that suits you. After that, if it makes sense, you'll get a written quote with everything itemised. Nothing starts until you've read it and said yes.
