How it works
No mystery, no jargon, no three-week wait to find out what it costs.
-
A free phone call
Twenty minutes on the phone. Tell me what your business does and what you're hoping for. I'll tell you honestly what I think you need — including if that's less than you came for.
-
A written quote
Everything itemised, with a fixed price and a date. Nothing starts until you've read it and said yes.
-
I build it
I'll come back to you with drafts and questions as I go, so there are no surprises at the end. You'll see the finished site before you pay the balance.
-
You go live
I'll walk you through how to update it yourself if you've chosen the build-only option, and record a short video of your own site that's yours to keep. Anything broken in the first 30 days, I fix free.
-
Time to generate results
Look after it yourself, or put it on a care plan and I'll do it for you.
If you want to bring in people who don't know you yet, I can set up and run a Google Ads campaign as well.
Not sure where to start? The first call is free and there's no obligation either way.
Clear prices, no surprises
Every price is on this website. Pick the option that suits your cash flow and get in touch — the first conversation is free and there is no obligation.

Building your site
Two ways to pay for the build. Same site either way.
-
Subsidised build
From €700
Includes a care plan · 12-month minimum term
The lower price comes with a minimum 12 month term on a care plan. Best if you would rather keep your cash in the business.
-
Standalone build
From €1,600
No care plan · No minimum term
What the build actually costs. The site can be handed over to you outright and you look after it yourself.
-
Larger builds
From €3,500
Priced individually · Itemised in writing
A page for each service line, a careers section, a shop, or integration with systems you already run. Everything repeatable is still priced on this page.

Pay 12 months up front and get two months free. After the first 12 months every plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Your domain, your content, your images and your Google Business Profile are all part of your business — if you leave, they all go with you.

Straight answers
Questions people ask
If yours isn't here, ask me. I'll give you a straight answer.
That's normal, and it's most people. Tell me what your business does and what's frustrating you, and I'll suggest what I think would actually help. You don't need to arrive with a plan or know any of the technical side.
Up to a point, and I'll tell you where that point is.
For most builds one person is faster, not slower — nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager and whoever does the work, and the person who quoted you is the person building it and the person who answers when you ring.
Where it strains is a large build against a hard deadline, or ongoing work that needs someone available within the hour. If that's what you need, I'll say so at the first conversation rather than three weeks in.
Fine, and it's common — but it's worth agreeing two things before we start.
Who signs off. Not who has opinions, but who makes the final call. And who I deal with day to day, ideally one person who can answer a question without convening a meeting.
I'll gather input from whoever talks to your customers before I write anything, because they know what people actually ask. The projects that run long are almost never held up by the building — they're held up waiting for someone to come back from holiday.
Often, yes. Booking systems, EPOS or till software, stock, accounts packages, CRMs and email marketing tools can usually be connected, depending on whether the system offers a way in.
Tell me what you use at the first conversation. It's the single biggest thing that changes a quote, and it's much better known at the start than discovered halfway through.
A website isn't a one-off purchase. It needs hosting, security, backups, and someone to keep it current — a site that never changes stops working.
The plan covers those, plus real work each month on your site and your Google listing. Every plan is itemised so you can see exactly what you're paying for. And if you'd rather not have one at all, there's a build option without it.
No catch, but there is a trade-off worth understanding.
The €700 price is subsidised — I carry the cost across the year of a care plan. If you'd rather not commit to that, the standalone price is €1,600, which is what the build genuinely costs. Larger builds start at €3,500 and are priced individually.
All three are on the pricing page, and I'll tell you which one suits you rather than which one suits me.
A fair question, and one you should ask anyone you're thinking of working with.
Holidays are flagged in advance, and anything urgent is covered. More importantly, nothing about your website depends on me being available. Your domain, your hosting account, your content and your Google listing are all in your name, and I don't build on anything proprietary — any competent web developer could pick it up tomorrow.
If I ever stopped trading, you'd lose a supplier, not your website.
Thirty days' notice after your first year, for any reason, and you don't need to give me one.
Your content, your images and your Google listing are yours. I'll transfer your domain and hand everything over free of charge, along with whatever the next person needs to pick it up.
Only if you want to. Most people send me rough notes and I tidy them up, which costs nothing extra.
If nobody has the time — which is usually the real answer — I write it for €85 a page based on a short conversation about your business.
Around three weeks from the day you send me what I need.
The waiting is almost always on content rather than on me, which is why I tell you exactly what I need up front. If several people need to approve things, allow a bit longer. And if you're in a hurry, an express build gets you live within two weeks.
Still not sure?
Send me an email. Twenty minutes on the phone, no obligation, and you'll get a straight answer either way.
